To deliver the best service in our industry and help as many of our three client groups, we cannot divert our specialist teams to collect only a single, or a few items where the volume of material cleared equates to less than 10m3, or a minimum charge of £720.00 incl VAT before credits. We charge by the cubic metre of material cleared, at a rate of £75.00 per cubic metre. Minimum Charge is 8 Cubic Meters £600.00.
This includes VAT, and pays for all labour, carriage and waste transfer fees – we think this is the most transparent way to measure the scale of your job.
You are then credited for in full and upfront against costs for all items that have an auction entry value of £50.00 upwards – these are usually either antique or very modern. This produces your itemised transparent free quote.
For guidance, a three bedroom house usually contains on average between 20-25m3 of material, therefore a cost of £1440.00 – £1800.00 incl VAT, and before full credit for all recyclable material.
